Ms. Fitness Legacy, International is the Triple-A Fitness & Aerobics "Crown-Jewel Event" and thusly
is the most anticipated and exciting of all the Triple-A Fitness & Aerobic events. Women from
all around the world come prepared and with hopes of being the next Top Fitness Champion.
The 3 rounds of this event showcase their command of Mind, Body and Spiritual Fitness. The 3 rounds are:
Fitness Routines, Comparisons (Physique) and Spokesperson Microphone/Evening Gown.
9 advanced to the semi-finals round after the prejudging;
and the top 6 were the finalist.
The winners are:
Cara Kokenes - Palatine, Illinois - USA - Winner!
Cara wanted everyone to know that she did her homework. Cara spent the last year developing
all 3 rounds to near perfection. See what happens when you listen to the judges feedback!!!
Nikki Crawford - Klamath Falls, Oregon - USA - 1st Runner-up!
Nikki was thrilled to have placed 2nd in this event. From previous yes competing in several different organizations
it finally all came together for her...without a baton. Hee, hee!!!
Tina Thompson-Pope - Staten Island, New York - 2nd Runner-up!
This was Tina first trip to the Legacy Finals. Tina's, shall we say, unique style and energy gave her a strong 3rd Place Win!
Anne Boland-Hawk - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - 3rd Runner-up!
No single athlete is more determine to be successful than Anne. Her motto, "Just Tell Me What I Need To Do, And I Will Do It!
Surely this 4th place winner will be a 1st Place Champion very soon!
Amy McFarlin - Largo, Florida- USA - 4th Runner-up!
Amy produces the most dynamic energy you could ever want to see on a stage. With a little more control, there will be
no stopping her; now that she has found a place in the top 5!
Amy Livingston - Cincinnati, Ohio - USA - 5th Runner-up!
Our second Amy in this competition actually competed a few years ago but had dropped out of the scene to pursue other ventures.
Now that those plans are on their way to fruition, Amy is back on stage and working her way up the charts. Number 6 with a bullet,

Each round is worth 15.00 points. The rounds are added together for an overall point total maximum 45.00 points.
That number is divided by three {3} to arrive at a final average score. The number in (#) is the Rank earned in each Round of Competition.
