SPORTAEROBICS, STEP, HIP-HOP & DANCE COMPETITIONS
General Overview:
In the exciting world of SportAerobics, Triple-A Fitness & Aerobics offers 2 (two) divisions
of participation. 1) "Follow-The-Leader" and 2) "Prepared Routines". Within each
of these divisions Triple-A Fitness & Aerobics offers several different categories i.e. Aerobics,
Step, Hip-Hop & Dance. Each category is further broken down into age and skill levels. Example:
Masters, Junior, Novice, Experienced, etc. Local, District & Regional events are held around
the country/world to determine the best athletes in each division. The Top 5 competitors from each Region
advance to the Triple-A Fitness & Aerobics International Grand Finals Championship, held once each year.
As explained further below, the "Follow-The-Leader" events are designed to allow all beginner and experienced
athletes an opportunity to participate in competition with absolutely no advanced preparation. Once qualified,
the International Grand Finals is more advanced, requiring a prepared routine in accordance with specific
Triple-A Fitness & Aerobics Rules & Guidelines, which includes bringing your own prepared music and costume.

"FOLLOW-THE-LEADER"
The Triple-A Fitness & Aerobics, "Follow-The-Leader" SportAerobic Dance
Challenge was designed to allow everybody to compete, no matter their skill level or age.
The "Follow-The-Leader" challenge is held in a "masterclass format" where all participants
learn a simple routine at the same time. This way, the experienced athlete will not have an
unfair advantage over the novice participant. "Follow-The-Leader" was also
designed to keep the cost of participation as low as possible; to this end, the need for
costumes, trainers, choreographers, dieting or training of any kind has been eliminated.
This event is easy and fun! Just take the masterclass, learn the choreography and Win!
We provide everything you'll need. You can even bring your friends and participate
as a full-team, triple, double, or individual, in any one or all categories.
Those who advance to the Regional Qualifier final rounds will have an opportunity
to let the judges she what they've learned, as they go for the Regional Gold Medal!
All participants will be judged on what we call the "3-E's: Execution, Endurance and
Excitement. No fitness tricks or gymnastic moves will be allowed in this division.
Successful placement at a Regional Qualifier advances you to the "International Grand Finals
Championship". Participation categories and divisions are as follows:
| CATEGORIES | DIVISIONS | SUBDIVISIONS
| Aerobics | Adult/Juniors | Singles/Doubles/Trios/Full Teams
| Step | Adult Only | Singles/Doubles/Trios/Full Teams
| Hip-Hop/Dance | Adult/Juniors | Singles/Doubles/Trios/Full Teams

PREPARED ROUTINES:
The Triple-A Fitness & Aerobics, "Prepared Routines" SportAerobic Challenge is our
standard event, and is for those participants who already have a routine or would prefer
to prepare their own routine, prior attending their "Regional Qualifier". At the Regional
Qualifier, the prepared routines are judged only for their Execution, Endurance and Excitement!
(Same as the FTL division listed above) There are no required moves at this level of competition
, and any "elements" showcased in the prepared routine, will only be judged for their Execution,
Endurance and Excitement. Athletes with a prepared routine do not need to advance through the
"Follow-The-Leader" masterclass rounds, unless they want to participate in an event for which,
they have NOT prepared a routine. Special costumes are not required for the District Qualifier,
but you should bring a cassette & CD copy of your music. This event qualifies you for the
Triple-A Fitness & Aerobics "International Grand Finals Championship".
At the International Grand Finals Championship, prepared routines require your
own costume, music, and special moves and elements that are judged on a "point-system" in
accordance with the Triple-A Fitness & Aerobics International Grand Finals Rules & Guidelines.
If you have qualified, or if you have been invited to participate in the
International Grand Finals, you are responsible for obtaining a copy of the Guidelines
from the headquarters or from an event host. Please obtain these rules far enough
in advance to prepare for the event. The top winners will receive prizes that may
include medals, trophies, gifts and $$$! Participation categories and divisions are as follows:
| CATEGORIES | DIVISIONS | SUBDIVISIONS
| Aerobics | Adult/Juniors/Masters | Singles/Doubles/Trios/Full Teams
| Step | Adult Only | Singles/Doubles/Trios/Full Teams
| Hip-Hop/Dance | Adult/Juniors | Singles/Doubles/Trios/Full Teams
